PROBLEM ML-310 G5
Hello,
I have a problem with the ML-310 does not work and all I see in the motherboard is the lights 18, 19 24, 25 greens.
Does anyone know what problem can be;

Verified the SystemBoard Component from service & maintenance guide.
Found the components 18, 19 24, 25 greens.
18 - PCI fan connector
19 -System battery
24-SATA connector 5 (optical drive)
25- USB tape drive connector
1. Kindly let us know it does not work means is the server not powering on /if the server completes POST/any error.
2.If the server is not powering on & with amber LED on the power button.
3. Kindly clear NVRAM, refer the system maintenance switch page:12 : http://content.etilize.com/User-Manual/1013074128.pdf
Reset switch s1,s5 &s6.
Power on server & check the status.
