problem of restarting waiter PROLIANT ML 350 G5

My waiter starts again regularly and in a random way cutting everyone of the network with this code error :
Code erreur 0000000a, paramètre 1 00000016, paramètre 2 d000001b, paramètre 3 00000000, paramètre 4 808427e1.
Can you help me to regulate this problem

where are you getting this?
