hi

have you tried drivers from Broadcom - Chipset or those NIC is broadcom and this is the driver

http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/netxtremeii.php

check that and let us know the results

I'am having the same problem I migrated our SBS2003 server with the HP P2P migration tool to a ML370 G5 srver. Everything worked fine until I applied PSP8.0.0. The all the NICS stopped working. I tried everything without succes. The only thing that worked was a downgrade to PSP7.60.
I think that PSP8.00 has a bug.
