problem with boot from CD Rom

Hello

 

I have HP Proliant DL380 G8

 

i connected CD Rom external but when try to boot its showing message:-

 

attempting boot from CD Rom

 

and stop in this point,what is problem please??

without knowing anything else first guess would be bad media, or corrupt ISO image used to create media

i bought yesterday and didn't make any thing direct try to install ubuntu

 

have any configrution please??

 

amd better install by CD rom or Flash USb

 

please help me
