Yesterday there was a problem
From 6 hard disks in work remains only 2
On hard disks 0,1,2 - burns red lights
On a hard disk 5 - do not burn lights
I have tried rebuild raid. Hard disks have work, but at night again there was a failure.
I have 4 ideas
1) a problem with hard disks
2) a problem with HP SMARTARRAY
3) an overheat
4) bad contact
can you tell me .. what to do ?
Thx

Re: Problems with WIDE ULTRA 320 SCSI on DL380 G3
you just need to give to them the serial number of your server they will tell you if it is out-in warranty

Solution1. in the RBSU(Bios) using F9 to access the Bios you will see serial number(SN)
2. It's attached to the server in tag, or inside sticker
3. in the Array configuration utility (a tool to monitor HDD and controllers)
4. System management home page if you have install PSP
5. and tha last place i know if using iLO, you will the SN accesing from another PC.
hope this will help you
regards
