Processor upgrade in ML370 (G3)

I am trying to upgrade to two processors i a ML370(G3). Processor 1 is a 2,8 and the new one is a 3,0, but the server will not boot. With only one of the processors there is no problem. It should bee possible to run with two different processors (speed), or am I wrong.

No... They must be the same.
