Proliant 1850r
My proliant 1850r won't boot. When I power on the system I get no drives spinning and no video. The controller lights display but that's it. No video, no hard drives lights are not showing or spinning. Server will not boot. Only the CDROM drive LED is blinking. Any suggestions

Re: Proliant 1850r
Hi
Steps to research the problem
1.Bring the system down to minimum configuration (Motherboard ,min RAM for load purpose CD Drive
2.Still no display the issue might be with either power supply or the motherboard
3.If display comes try to add 1 by 1 hardware.
4.In minimum config if there is no display try to swap the memory module to make sure you get a display.
In this case after doing all the above you need to call it in to HP .
