What are the key strokes to enter the bios, Setup and RAID setup features?

Well bios/setup is F10 at the beginning.
RAID should be F8.

When hitting F8 the machine will ask if you want to enter the System partition utilities by striking F10. Even when you do this it continues to try to boot. This machine will not boot to any device whether it be HD, CD, or Floppy. This was the initial issue with this machine. after the disks spin up the screen goes blank and just sits there. Occationally it will say that it cannot find a bootable drive even when such media exists. I've removed the battery to reset the CMOS settings but this has no effect. Even when removing one of the two memory chips the system does not report a change in memory status or offer to enter the bios setup.

Any Ideas?

Can you go into any OS in this machine online reflashing or try reflashing the bios with a disquette?

Not that I can think of. The machine will not boot to any device.

Nope. Not even a 3.5. Tried multiple diskettes and drives. No success

If you can manage to boot the server from a floppy, you could download the system erase utility

and completely wipe the server.

Otherwise, you could try locating the CMOS battery and remove/disconnect it. Wait a few minutes then put it back in, then power up the server and see what happens.
