Proliant 5000 214-IO Board, power module 2 Failed
Hi,
I recieve the message '214-IO Board, power module 2 Failed' when my Proliant 5000 is doing the post test. I have updated the system om to the latest version about 2 days ago (E6 o4/30/99). In the log it says DC-DC converter failure. Anyone know how to cure this? Will it need a hardware part or does it just need resetting?
Config:
4 x Pentium Pro's / 650mb Ram 4x 4.3 HD 2/P Samrt Array controller (4.5 firmware).
Thanks!

Re: Proliant 5000 214-IO Board, power module 2 Failed
Thanks for the reply. I powered down the system for over 8 hours and the message has dissapeared? I assume the excess voltage run down on its own. Thank you for the info - i'll look into this board if it comes up again!
