Proliant 8500 reboots

Proliant 8500 connected to HSG80 SAN reboots at different times. The HPSIM agent reports a degraded Fibre Channel HBA- it's connected via hubs along with 4 other servers- single path ,Windows 2003. Message says Loop failed slot 7. We have two HBA's in it but only one connected.
