proliant DL 385p Gen8 unrecoverable system error

hello All, 

In Proliant DL 385p Gen8 

1. ASR detected by system ROM

2. An unrecoverable system Error (NMI) has occured (system error code 0x0000002B, 0x00000000)

3. Unrecoverable system error (NMI) has occured. system firm ware will log additional details in seperate IML entry if possible

Note: it is a xenserver 6.2.0-70446c(xen enterprise) .

the server reboots as well
