Proliant DL140 is not run...
When I connect the 3dr party cd-rom to my Proliant DL140, the server is not runnig. Why the server is not runnig??? Help me!!!

Hi,
If this is a DL140 G1 with an IDE CD-ROM attached, there was a similar problem with TEAC CD224E IDE units. This was caused by DMA setting on the drive and fixed by firmware.

There was also a BIOS fix for inconsistent boot ordering when a removeable media device (like CDROM) was installed.
