Proliant DL145 G2 + LSI20320LP-HP + MegaRAID 320-0X is posible?

I have Proliant DL145 G2 (without SCSI onboard), single-channel LSI20320LP-HP SCSI-controller (based on LSI53C1020 as far i can see) and MegaRAID SCSI 320-0X zero-channel PCI-X adapter.

Proliant and SCSI-controller works great. When I trying to upgrade this with MegaRAID, MegaRAID can see no logical drives.

From manual.
"MegaRAID required interrupt routing circuitry and one LSI53C1030 dual-channel or LSI53C1020 single-channel Ultra320 SCSI controller integrated onto the motherboard."

Does it is posible to use them together in fact?
