PROLIANT DL360 G3 - Smart Array 5i - Failed Mirror Array

We had a failed disk recently 1:3, its been replaced but with 1:1, How do I fail/remove 1:3 from this array and get it mirrored to 1:1 ?

HP Array Configuration Utility CLI 7.20.16.0

I'm unable to update to OS for App reasons, running SUSE 8, I've tried to install latest hpacucli but fails dependencies.

ctrl slot=0 pd all show

Smart Array 5i in Slot 0

  array A (Failed)
   physicaldrive 1:0   (port 1:id 0 , Parallel SCSI, 18.2 GB, OK)
   physicaldrive 1:3   (port 1:id 3 , Parallel SCSI, 0 Byte, Failed)

   physicaldrive 1:1   (port 1:id 1 , Parallel SCSI, 18.2 GB, OK)

I am having the same problem on one DL360 g3 running Win2k3.  In my experience this rebuild should happen automatically.  what manual steps need to be taken to stimulate the auto-rebuild?
