Proliant DL380 G3 - System Hault

Currently, we have a Proliant DL380 G3 and every so often, it just decided to hault up and i will always notice that the activity lights on each of the hard drives is on solid along with the power light. this problem seems to be showing up a lot more than it used to. yet i cannot figure out why. and nothing shows up in windows event logs
