Proliant DL380 G4 Rebooting.
I have a server that just started to reboot for no reason. I see nothing in the event logs, nothing in the Integrated Server Logs other than an ASR. Does anyone have clue where to start to figure this on out? It is running Windows 2003 Server and was fine until the past 2 weeks.
Also where do I download the latest SoftPaq's?
Any Help would be appreciated.
Dan

Re: Proliant DL380 G4 Rebooting.
Dan,
Try to disable the ASR on the BIOS, this will show the error eventually. Also, just in case, you can try to download the latest f/w cd at http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=397634&prodNameId=3288132&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-3d1aaa0b48c04b628789e598d3, this may help you for the hw perspective

Re: Proliant DL380 G4 Rebooting.
Hello,
this server is a domain controller? is the only Dc in your domain? Win2003Server must be only Dc in the domain, and also must be configured as a DC....it the only way it works...
you have 2 weeks to make it a DC ,after fresh install, and also 2 weeks to demote it in case are more then 1..
hope this helps.
