[ProLiant DL385 Gen11] boot stuck at "Secure Start verification - complete"

Hi,

I'm searching what I should do / test before open a ticket.

My server a ProLiant DL385 Gen11 won't boot it freezes during start-up just after indicating "Secure Start verification - complete". 

The POST Code is 0007

what I've tried:

  • ROM Update
  • nvram reset 
  • electrical disconnection for a few minutes
  • removal of all ram except one per cpu

 

If you have any ideas or solutions to share ?

Hi @ik_valou ,
    Please follow the below steps-
1.  Any hardware errors or issues reported in iLO? If yes, please reply with the error.
2. Any amber or red indication at Front panel of the server?
3. Did you changed any hardware like adding/removing add-on card, RAM, Processor etc.
