ProLiant MicroServer: Problem enabling Hibernation

I would like to enable hibernation on my server. Even though I have read that the MicroServer does not support standby, and other advanced power features... I have read that it supports hibernation and that this feature can be enabled.

The error message I am received is:

The following items are preventing hibernation on this system.
The system could not create the hibernation file. The specific error code is 0xc0000034.
PS C:\Windows\system32> The following items are preventing hibernation on this system.

A similiar error from the powercfg report:
Platform Power Management Capabilities:Hibernate has been disabled because the Hibernation file could not be generated or accessed.
