I'll say that you are talking about a ML150 G3 with the Embedded SATA RAID Controller... Is that correct?
The floppy must be HP brand, anyways there are another options, nLite OS could be used in order to create a customized Win CD, or install the OS as JBOD and then migrate to RAID 1.
