Proliant ml 570 G2 w2k3 fails when install sp1

I've a Proliant ml 570 G2 with w2k3 and i seek to upgrade it to SP1 ( and if it is possible to R2 ). The w2k3 installation lapses without problem. But when i update to SP1 the w2k3 it is hung during the start. Any ideas?
