Proliant ML110 G5 RAID User Guide
Hi
Does anybody know where I can find a user guide for the embedded RAID controller on the HP Proliant ML110 G5 Server.
Lots of people have an idea how to replace a degraded drive in a simple MIRROR but I would like printed instructions if possible?
Thanks
Daren

Re: Proliant ML110 G5 RAID User Guide
hi,
if your server have hot swapable disks,
them the disk could be replace online without system interuption, the raid controller will take care of remirroring the disks by him self.
if its only a SW raid but it is on the motherborad integrated, you need to shutdown the server replace the failed drive and them the raid bios will informe you that you need to mirror the disk.
