ProLiant ML110 G5 with Windows XP prof / SM-Bus-Controller / Tools?

Hi there,

I have installed WinXPprof SP2 on our new ProLiant ML110 G5. We are using it as a fileserver in our homeoffice. SATA and RAID1 seems to work properly.

The only driver that shows an errormessage in device manager is "SM-BUS Controller". The appropriate driver cannot be found on CD. Does anybody have an idea for this?

The other question is what management-tool to use. In documentation it is refered to "HP Storage Manager" for managing the RAIDs within Windows. But I cannot find this software on CD or on the HP-Site. Can anybody give me a link to a working version?

Hi Wolfgang, sorry to use your thread for this, but i'm wondering how you installed XP pro with RAID 1 on the ML110 G5 since there are no drivers for SATA RAID anywhere?
I've looked everywhere, and those i may have found dont work and The winXP-installation cant find the harddrive in the installation.

Use nLite to integrate those sata drivers into your Windows XP pro BEFORE you install it.
Copy your Winxp cd to a folder in your harddrive and point nLite to it, then add the sata drivers for Win2k3 server to it using the wizzard.

im having a hard time looking for a driver of my ethernet/lancard. im using a winxp pro at my hp proliant ml110. if its not too much to ask... please can i have a link or is there anyone who can help me find a driver for my lancard/ethernet... thanks a lot and God bless

It uses the Broadcom 5722 chip in its embedded gigabit Ethernet adapter.
