Solved!

At first please download latest intelligent Provisioning Recovery Media and HPE USB key Utility for creating USB bootable media from HPE site.
Then insert USB Key and reboot the server, let it go and wait till everything is finished. When the server will reboot on its own remove the USB Key and press F10 when prompted to enter Intelligent Provvisioning. Since i am updating firmware i'll update if i found any trouble...

I finally disable F10 from BIOS and installed OS from USB Key, downloaded SPP and installede drivers from OS.
At least it is working...

Dear GianlucaZeni

it seems that, intelligent provissioning might be corrupted. Please download  Intelligent Provisioning recovery media , and HPE USB Key Utility is a Windows. make a bootable pen drive of Intelligent Provisioning with the help of USB key utility. Clear NVRAM(step given below). insert Bootable pen drive of Intelligent Provisioning, and boot the server with that pendrive. Intelligent Provisioning will re flash.

NVRAM clearing Steps.

  1. Turn off the server
  2. Disconnect the power cords
  3. Open the server top cover
  4. Locate the system maintenance switch on the system board
  5. Change the position of switch 6 from "Off" to "On"
  6. Connect the power cords and turn on the server
  7. When the alert appears, power off the server and change the switch position back to "Off"
  8. Disconnect the power cords and turn off the server again
