Proliant ML30 gen10 dedicated vga problem!

Hi, I'm trying to mount a dedicated vga (nvidia 1030) on a ml30 gen10, but when I mount it, it performs the initial check (all ok), then it stuck on the hp enterprise logo and doesn't continue, it doesn't appear
the screen where you can press F10 to enter Ilo, any idea ??

Unfortunately NVIDIA 1030 is not listed under the quickspecs for ML30 Gen10 so I cant confirm whether reported issue is caused by unsupported hardware or not.

If you connect your monitor to the on board vga, after POST the output should shift to the vga card itself, this maybe the reason.
