Proliant ML310 power issues

The server is running win2k3 with latest updates and patches. The server boots up fine and the O/S runs fine for about an hour - it's around this time it decides that simply quit running. The indicator led (the one that looks like the sun) is amber and I can simply press the power button and the server boots up again but goes through the same issue again.

 

I've replaced the power supply and motherboard which came with new RAM but same issue.

 

Thoughts?
