Proliant ML310e gen8 SATA ports on MoBo and B120i Raid Controller

Hi, recently i got a Proliant ML310e gen8 with 4 bays for 3.5 HDD into RAID array.

I want to install OS on a SATA SSD connected into MoBo's sata port. And use RAID bays for storage, but i only can enable MoBos SATA ports or RAID array, not both.

I tried installing OS on SATA MoBo's ports and install RAID Driver but it is no found...

Can you help me please?
