Hello

I am using a Proliant ML350 Gen9 running server 2012 R2

I have error 313 HP Smart storage battery 1 failure. i replaced my harddrive and the new hardrive sometimes makes a knocking sound, i am afraid it might as well fail to boot anytime.

what could be killing my harddrives

POST Error: 313 - HPE Smart Storage Battery X Failure
Battery Shutdown Event Code: XXXX
Possible Causes: Battery is faulty.

If there is a ticking/knocking sound from hard drive,  there could be a drive failure , please capture Array Diagnostic Report and AHS logs and raise a HPE Support Case to diagnose this further
