I have a RAID 5 on Proliant ML350 server running 2000 server. I'm trying to upgrade to 2003 server. Any suggestion how to upgrade to 2003 server and still have a backup of 2000 just in case something goes wrong?

Solution
Simple full backup of your C drive using your backup software or just plane Windows backup will do it. I had a case of a blue screen during the upgrade process and it worked just fine for me to get back to 2000 and do setup again. RAID will stay as it is, all drives other than C will also remain untouched during an upgrade process.
