Proliant Ml530 Raid5 disk 0 failure

I have a compaq proliant Ml530 G2 server configured with HP Smart Array 5312 with 4 hdd 36.4 gb. The system is configured with RAID 5 and it was running on MS windows 2000 Advanced Server. The system is not booting since last day and Amber light is flashing on one of its hard drive inserted in slot 0. I replaced the HDD with the same configuraiton and restart the server. I have prompted to press f2 to reenable the logical disk. i done so but no luck and the POST screen shows "Attempting to boot from Drive A", "Attempting to Boot from CD Rom","Attempting to boot from PXE Device", "Attempting to boot from C Drive".
Please advise what shall i do to rebuild the RAID 5 and restore the OS.
