ProLiant ML570 - Boot when power is back

Hi,

i got a UPS attached to my ProLiant ML570, but it wont boot when power is back.
I didn't found an adequate BIOS-setting.
Is there a newer BIOS-release (i got Compaq-P20 12/27/2002) or anything else that does the trick?
Didnt found anything on the hp-website.
Or am i just looking at the wrong place?

What is the generation of ML570?
What is the UPS you have mentioned?
