Proliant monitoring SNMP
i'm working in an Windows Server enviroment. In the moment i'm still monitoring all the servers with the Compaq Insight Manager 5.5. We plan to install a new monitoring Server with SIM 4.2. But till this is reallized i have to monitor a Proliant DL380G4 running SUSE 9. Is it possible to monitor this server over SNMP? I have another Monitoring Tool running that uses snmp. But i have to know the OIDs to monitor the server.
Does anybody know where i can find more information about that? And in general is it possible to monitor HP Servers through SNMP without using the SIM?
