Proliant Server high processor utilization
I have noticed on one of my customers ML370 servers, that the processor utilization is very high. The program that is causing this is hpfpegn0.exe, which is the HP DeskJet Print Engine/Driver for HP DeskJet printers. Does anyone know why?. Maybe this should have been posted in printing I don't know for sure. All of the printers apart from one 1100c are laserjets. Can this program be removed?

Re: Proliant Server high processor utilization
Hi,
Good thing is by putting in IPG (Printing) group.
Where as alternate suggestion is un-install driver and use same compatible model internal driver for windows

Re: Proliant Server high processor utilization
Hi
I would think to remove & re-install the driver if that does not help try to install any new latest driver from the hp website.
