PRTG and iLO warning notifications are not the same
Hello,
I have an HPE ML110 Gen 10 server and I configured SNMP in iLO so I can monitor its health. I have a question, or maybe someone else has experienced the same thing.
A few weeks ago, I updated the controller firmware (HPE Smart Array P408i-p SR Gen10) to version 7.43, and it worked.
However, a day after the update, I received a warning in PRTG with the following message:
Warning Caused by lookup value 'Undefined lookup value (16)' in channel 'Controller Error Status'
Then I checked in iLO and the health status controller was OK.
What should I check to confirm whether there is a problem with the controller?

SNMP response from your HPE Smart Array P408i-p SR Gen10 controller may include a status code (16) that PRTG's default lookup table does not recognize.
1. Verify Controller Status in iLO
2. Identify the Meaning of Status Code 16
3. Update PRTG's Lookup Table
4. Check for Firmware Updates
5. Monitor the System
