ps2 mouse power fail recovery

When power is restored after a long power outage, everything restarts at once. This includes dozens of DL-3xx servers and several KVM switches. The DL's boot "too fast", or the KVM "too slow" because the DL's do not see the mouse (emulation) from the KVM - result: servers without rodent functionality. A Proliant based solution would be one of any of the following: BIOS setting to cause mouse to always be present; setting to delay startup for x seconds; test for ps/2 mouse later in POST. Please consider this as an enhancement request.

Check System ROM for Server, however probably firmware for KVM itself
