PSP 7.10 install problems

I'm having a bad experience with automated installed of PSP 7.10. When I do an automated install with Insight or running setup.exe, everything works except that the Management Agents 7.10 fails installation. If I take the same management package (cpxxx.exe) and install it by doubleclicking one the .exe name, then it works every thing.

Anyone else have this problem? The target servers are all Windows Server 2003 Enterprise, with agents 7.00 on DL360 G2s. I've never had this problem before...and I've done automated upgrades since 6.xx.
