Question on Array Controller Rebuild Priority Change on Terminal Servers
Our defaul settings for Array Controller rebuild priority is low. I'm wondering that would it benefit our Terminal Server environment to change from Low to High. We're running W2K, Citrix Metaframe XP FR3, SP3 with disk mirroring.
Thanks for reply.

Re: Question on Array Controller Rebuild Priority Change on Terminal Servers
Hello,
not sure i understand this question correctly, but the Array Rebuild priority change will only impact the servers overall I/O performance during the (rather rare) events of :
- a failed disk that is being rebuild after
it was replaced by a new one
- a hotspare disk (if any configured) takes
over for a failed disk.
If you prefer to have the lowest performance impact on the production
system during such events, then pls leave it
set to low. It will take longer to gain your disk redundancy level again but users will be less affected.
