RAID Controller and Disk Diagnostics

My Exchange server 5.5 is reporting BB corruption and the error points to hardware. I would like to run a diagnostic to check my controller and hard drives for problems. What utility can I use?

For the Array Controller and drives attached to that you would run the Array Diagnostics utility from the SmartStart CD.
