Re: RAID controller P440ar for DL380 Gen9
Hello,
You may try powering off the server and remove the power cable and then re-seat the controller, the cache modules, the capacitors and the cables. If the issue persists, then perform an offline update of the server's BIOS, Smart Array controller and iLO.

Re: RAID controller P440ar for DL380 Gen9
Hello,
Install the controller in another PCIe slot to isolate between the controller and the slot. If the issue persists after the firmware update and swapping the slot, then install known good controller to rule out slot issue.
