Raid disks--different speeds

I'm consulting with a firm that has a Proliant ML350, using 15KRPM drives.  Can I add 10KRPM drives to the raid (they are the same size).  Obviously, if possible, the retrieve speed would be at the lower RPM.

Yes lower RPM.
