RAID - DL140 G2 - SATA
I have a DL140 G2 SATA that I just purchased, I was told by my reseller this server would support a hardware raid 1.
I can't find any documentation with the server that shows how to turn this on.
NO Smart Start CD and nothing in BIOS to enable RAID support.
I have two 80 Go HP SATA disks.
Thank you for your answer.

Re: RAID - DL140 G2 - SATA
Hi Ducos,
You would need a SATA Raid Controller installed on the System.
DL140 servers dont come with Smart Start.
Please check if you have a SATA Controller installed on the System.
Refer QuickSpecs for the supported
controller's

Hi Ducos,
When you boot the server During Post, Due to see any options like "CTRL A" or "CTRL S" or anything similar that refers to the Controller?
If there is one such option,Please check the same.

Prabhu
