Raid hard disks don't blink!

I have a server hp proliant dl180 g6, the raid keeps drops every few hours, i find the leds of all disks turned off.

I had a similar problem once on another server. It turned out that the SAS cable was not completely plugged in. Sometimes it worked and sometimes not. The plug was only 0.5mm out of the connector. Make sure that you hear the CLICK when plugging in.

You may also try updating the Firmware for the Storage Controller and Hard Drives.
If you want to find the hard drive firmware, you can search based on the hard drive model number which is printed on the hard drive itself.
