RAID health monitoring via SNMP? Or maybe another way to be alerted?

Looking to see if there is a way to monitor the health of a RAID arrays on DL380p Gen8 and DL380 Gen9 servers via SNMP. We are using PRTG to do some basic WMI monitoring on the servers for drive space and Windows services. Would like to add SNMP monitoring to know if/when there are issues with the RAID on the servers.

Or is there another way to set up monitoring or alerting for when a drive fails in a RAID array?
