RAID not detected while installing Esxi on Proliant Microserver Gen10 Plus

Hi, I'm having some trouble while installing esxi. I created an array RAID 1 using two 1tb hard disk, but when i go installing esxi, it only detected the usb drive where i flashed esxi iso, and not the raid. I checked bios settings and everything looks ok. I was using a KVM switch and in another discussion i read that using it may cause some problem. I unplugged it and connected directly mouse, keyboard and monitor, but nothing changed.

Can you hel me?

What controller did you use to create the RAID1 volume? NOTE that the embedded S100i controller is a Windows-only software RAID controller and is not supported under ESXi. Also, only the Xeon CPU offerings for this platform are supported on ESXi. One other thing -- are you using the "VMware ESXi Image for HPE servers" or a general VMware ESXi release? The latter provides the HPE-specific drivers for ESXi.

I'm using the s100i controller. I read that it only works for Windows. I've also seen some guide that explains how to customize Esxi iso by adding s100i controller driver and make it work on this kind of controller. Was it a scam? I tried it with the general esxi iso and the HPE-specific one, but it doesn't work

I've not seen anywhere that the S100i is supported, or even functional, under anything but Windows -- can you post a link to the guide you found?
