RAID

I have netware 5.1 server running on the network on Compaq Proliant ML 370 Server
I want to install it a RAID controller in the server.
so i want to ask that either i need to reinstall if i install RAID controller on the netware5.1 server or it configures with existing netware 5.1 with out reinstallation
