RAID1 and embeded gigabit
I have a HP proliant ML 110 G3 server.
The server has too hdd drive in RAID 1 configuration. The network its connected to a gigabit switch a 1000 Mb full.
When i wont to copy a large file for example 2 GB, the transmission of data is not continuous, it seems that the hard disk can t write the received data.
What can i do to improve some performance to RAID1 ?¿

Re: RAID1 and embeded gigabit
linux or windows?
In linux, I've found tar|nc --> nc|tar to be the fastest.
