ram memories and hard disks overheating
Hello,
I have hp proliant ml350 server.
I have an overheating problem with ram memories and hard disks.
I can't touch the rams or hards mor than 1 second.
I cleaned the motherboard and restored the default settings of bios but i still suffering the same problem.
What is the reason of my problem and what should i do solve this problem?

Hello,
I would suggest you check/update the server bios and firmware with the latest.
If the issue still persists after updates, share the below information.
1. Current bios version.
2. Server model with the Generation (exam: ML350 Gen8 or gen9....)
3. IML error from the ILO home page.

I could say don't open chassis when server power on and running something.
Server need close case for airflow control. Also human shouldn't touch thing higher than 40C ,but like CPU or 10K HDD , they could work in 50~60C temps. You could see each parts temp range from HPE iLO info view page
