Karlo send you Quickspec for ML350G3, but I don't know for SBS, in Win2003 st. ed. you must add in boot.ini command line / POE extension.
After that system will see more than 3Gb RAM, but however, limit is 4Gb.

and we don't know which w2003 version... so we can not know the RAM limit
