RDP 3.1 and BL25p ESX deployment issue

I am currently deploying ESX server to 2 rows of blades. The blades are BL25p. The first row of blades deployed without incidient.

The 2nd set of blades show the following errors when it goes to write the grub.img file during the ESX deployment script:

-request I/O error dev sdb sector 0
-buffer: I/O error on dev sdb logical block 0-4.

I tried running the IMG manually and it still fails. The chasis are named per the installation document.

The rack name is: VDESK-Rack2
The 2 chassis names are: VDESK-enclosure2
and VDESK-enclosure1.

If anyone has ran into this please advise. I am running RDP 3.1 for the deployments.
