I have this, do i have to replace this disk ?

P.S : ADMIN: Post was moved as a new topic from Read Errors Hard 0x00000006 (Since Factory) and (Since Reset) 0 Errors

Error count: 758, (In decimal)
This could be potential hardware or firmware issue.
Look for latest drive firmware and update it.
Check again later/after couple of days post firmware update,
whether the error count is increasing ? also if you are facing any issues in the OS/application level (read/write error or IO/Bad block) if yes, you should replace the drive.
however,
If there is no problem and errors are also not incrementing you can continue to use this drive until there is any failure/Predictive failure/Bad block observed.
