Receiving Storage Agents: Fibre Channel Host Controller Status Change alert email ?

Hi All,

Can anyone please shed some light on this matter ? Rebooting the server and reconnecting/reseating the Fibre connection does not help.

I've just received this error email from the HP agent on the server PRODBackup01, but not sure if this is the problem in the server HBA or in the faulty Storage Array itself ?

The system has detected the following event:

SNMP Trap:       16028

Description:
